Phase 2

Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuration

Weeks 11–16

Power Apps Canvas Apps: UI/UX design, connecting to Business Central via Dataverse, and mastering Power Fx formulas.

Model-Driven Apps: Building native apps on Dataverse, configuring forms, views, dashboards, and process flows.

Power Pages: Provisioning secure external websites for vendor onboarding or customer support.

Phase 4

Business Automation & AI

Weeks 17–21

Power Automate Cloud Flows: Building scheduled, automated, and instant workflows with dynamic triggers and actions.

BC Workflows: Creating complex multi-stage approvals directly integrated into Business Central.

AI Integration: Activating and leveraging Microsoft Copilot for AI-generated text and financial assistance.

Copilot Studio: Building intelligent internal chatbots connected to backend automated flows.

Phase 5

Integration, Security & Capstone

Weeks 22–24

Governance: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, Entra ID integration, and Role-Based Access Control.

Capstone Project: Build an end-to-end employee onboarding system triggering HR setups in Business Central, hardware requests via Canvas Apps, and approvals via Power Automate.

ALM: Deploying solutions from Development to Production environments.
